WHAT I CAN HELP WITH
There could be many different reasons for seeking therapy. The following are some examples;
We usually start by booking an initial consultation where I can listen to your thoughts and feelings and to your expectations from therapy. We can then think together about a suitable therapy plan.
We meet once weekly at my consulting room for 50 minutes, where we explore together your thoughts and feelings.
