The psychodynamic approach is a form of psychotherapy with its roots in traditional psychoanalysis, which can effectively treat emotional problems and a wide range of mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, It can bring about considerable changes in our lives. The fundamental principle of this approach is to speak freely without feeling judged or exposed, in a safe space facilitated by the therapist's interventions and interpretations. I offer weekly counselling and psychotherapy sessions for those interested in change by overcoming their obstacles and exploring their potential to live a fulfilling life.

I completed a rigorous six-years of professional and clinical training at WPF Therapy, one of Britain's top accredited leading institutions in psychotherapy with a reputation for clinical and academic excellence, where I offered open ended psychotherapy for four years.
